Shipping
- All of our products are made to order and we generally ship within 2-3 business days.
- Transit times are usually 1-4 days for regular shipping. Rush/Express production and shipping is available at checkout for an extra fee. We make these orders as soon as possible. They ship with overnight/2 day shipping.
- Do you have a firm in-hand deadline? Let us know when you checkout.
- If we need to contact you for clarification on your order (personalization details, logo customization, shipping address issues) production and shipping times may be delayed.
- Orders ship via the method selected at checkout. Please review estimated delivery times before choosing your shipping speed - production time is in addition to the carrier’s delivery estimate.
- We ship from Austin, TX using USPS and UPS.
- You will receive an email with tracking information when your order ships.
Returns
- Personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please double-check all personalization details before placing your order. We print exactly as provided at checkout.
- If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can arrange a replacement.
- For non-personalized items, buyers are responsible for return shipping. Items must be received in new, unused condition with original packaging.
- Original shipping costs are nonrefundable unless the return is due to our error.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Please contact us ASAP if you need to change an order. Your order might have gotten set up for printing that day. After production starts, we’ll do our best but can’t guarantee edits.
